Of course, with pleasure! If the online tool seems complicated, simply send us an email to admin@picopuzzles.ca with:
•- Your image as an attachment
•- The title you want for your puzzle
•- The desired size (300, 500, or 1,000 pieces)
Our team will be happy to handle the personalization for you. We will get back to you quickly with a preview before printing.

We recommend an image of at least 2,000 x 2,000 pixels for optimal rendering. The higher the resolution of your image, the sharper and more vibrant your puzzle will be. Don't worry: our team checks every image before printing and will contact you if any adjustments are needed. We are here to help you!

Don't panic. Our tool automatically optimizes resolution, colors, and cropping. And if your image is really not good quality, we will contact you before printing to discuss it. You remain in control of the final result.

Absolutely. Your images belong to you, and we only use them for the purpose of your order. They are never shared, resold, or reused without your explicit consent. Full compliance with Law 25.

Production time: approximately 3 to 5 business days after validation of your final image.
Delivery: 2 to 5 business days depending on your region in Quebec and Canada.
Total: allow approximately 10 to 14 days between order and delivery to your door.

Yes! A digital preview is presented to you before finalizing your order. You can adjust the framing to get exactly the desired result. Nothing is printed until you have validated it.
